a return to sanity

The past few weeks have been quite chaotic for me, even by my own wacky standards. The resulting noise of all of these personal distractions has meant that I have been unable to focus on what I really love: my writing and my art.

Slowly but surely, I have made a return to both my creative writing and artwork. This was due to an improvement in my mental health, and also helped improve my mental health even further. Once again I have been reminded how important my creative pursuits are to me, not just because they are the areas that I want to focus on throughout my career, but also because they are good for my mental stability, as they both give me purpose and a positive distraction from all of life’s noise.
